A good room of your own, without the lease

Most small businesses don't need a five-year lease, a fit-out budget and a building to look after. They need a good room of their own, internet that works, somewhere to meet clients, and the freedom to grow or move on.

So that's what PTL Studios is: private studios for one person up to teams of five or six, on terms from 3 months, with one monthly price that covers power, internet, security, access and cleaning. We work with each tenant on the fit-out, so the studio suits the way they work.

03Rooms with stories

It's a workplace. It doesn't have to feel like one.

Our meeting rooms are named for what's on their walls. The Music Room has a wall of record covers. The Sports Room has framed jerseys and a dartboard.

There's art on the walls, an egg chair on the grass, and dogs are welcome. Professional where it counts, with a bit of personality everywhere else.
