- What's included in the monthly price?
- Your private studio, power, internet, security, access and cleaning of the shared spaces, plus complimentary coffee and tea and use of the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces.
- How long do I have to sign up for?
- Terms start at 3 months, rather than the five years or more of a typical commercial lease.
- Do your prices include GST?
- No. All our prices exclude GST.
- How big are the studios?
- Our 16 studios suit one person up to teams of five or six. The studios page shows which are available now, or book a tour to see them.
- Can we fit out the studio our way?
- Yes. We work with each tenant on the fit-out, so the studio suits the way your team works.
- When can I get into the building?
- Members have access 6am to 11pm as standard, and outside those hours by arrangement. Our published hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. There's no front desk.
- Is there parking?
- Yes. Members can rent a secure indoor car park for $195 a month + GST, subject to availability.
- Can I bring my dog?
- Yes, dogs are welcome.
- Can people who aren't members book a meeting room?
- Yes. Anyone can book the Music Room (seats 6) or the Sports Room (seats 4) online, for $49 an hour + GST with a 2-hour minimum.
- Who owns PTL Studios?
- PTL Studios is locally owned and operated. It's a trading name of Millworks Christchurch Limited.
- Do you reward referrals?
- Yes. If a business you refer signs a studio for 3 months or more, you get $250 off your next invoice and they get $250 off their first month (+ GST).
